The 36-hole qualifier is scheduled for June 8 at Hilo Municipal Golf Course, and entries are available to all male and female golfers who since Jan. 1 have been bona fide public course players and have not held privileges at any course which does not cater to the public.
All golfers must have a handicap of 4.4 or less issued from a “licensed golf club” (listings available at the United States Golf Association website.
Completed forms along with a $50 entry fee are due by 11 a.m. HST May 22 at the USGA, and entries are accepted via the internet with a credit card, and all minors must have their entry forms filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.
The publinx championship is July 15-20 at Laurel Hill Golf Club in Lorton, Va.
